Form privacy

Your enquiry
Lameyer Studio uses the data you send to review your enquiry, prepare a proposal and reply to you. To exercise your rights or withdraw your consent, write to info@lameyer.io. The legal identification of the controller is still to be completed in the legal notice.
We keep the name, email, phone number and company you provide, your answers, the files you confirm and the date and version of your consent. As soon as you send your contact details, the enquiry is saved; the following questions are optional and their answers are added as you go. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
We process your enquiry on the basis of the consent you give when you send the form. Your name and email are needed to reply to you; the later details are optional. Permission to answer your enquiry is separate from the optional permission to send you news, which you can withdraw at any time. No artificial intelligence is used to decide on your request: a person from the studio reviews it.
Retention and recovery
A necessary cookie lets you recover the form for 30 days. Its expiry does not delete the enquiry from the CRM: we keep it while we deal with your request and, where applicable, for the obligations of the contractual relationship. You can ask for it to be deleted by writing to info@lameyer.io. If you accept news, we will use your data for that purpose until you withdraw your permission. Unconfirmed files expire after 24 hours.
Optional analytics
Only if you accept, we measure 30-minute visits, where they come from and whether a visit leads to a contact. The metrics do not store your IP address, a device fingerprint or the full address of the referring page. We keep the source and campaign, where there is one. We keep visits for 90 days, and the first origin of an enquiry for up to 30 days in the browser.
Your choice is remembered for 180 days. You can change it from “Privacy and cookies”. Declining analytics does not stop you from sending the form. If you withdraw it, we stop measuring new visits and remove the attribution cookies from that browser.
Providers and security
Vercel hosts the website; Supabase stores contacts and metrics; Cloudflare R2 keeps private attachments. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the submission is not automated and processes technical data under its privacy notice. Providers may process technical data to deliver and protect their services.
The database is hosted in Frankfurt and attachments within R2’s European Union jurisdiction. This does not rule out international processing by the providers or their sub-processors. You can check their processing terms and international transfer mechanisms in the agreements of Vercel, Supabase and Cloudflare.
Your rights
Where applicable, you can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability, and withdraw any permission you have given, by writing to info@lameyer.io. You can also contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
